Registered Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly compensation ranging from $30.00 to $54.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Additional Compensation: Night and weekend shift differential available (details to be discussed during the interview process).
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment, paid in scheduled installments beginning at 90 days.

Qualifications:
- Degree: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required. PALS and NRP are preferred.
- Licensure: Eligible for or currently licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in North Carolina.
- Skillset: Experience or interest in caring for adult and neonatal patients, ventilator management, emergency response, respiratory assessments, critical care, labor and delivery, and special care nursery.
- Experience: New graduates and experienced Respiratory Therapists are encouraged to apply. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred; Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) who will obtain RRT certification within six months will also be considered.
